Research

The research phase will involve a deep competitive analysis of leading organic winery e-commerce sites to benchmark best-in-class UI/UX, navigation, and brand storytelling techniques. We will conduct target audience research to understand the organic consumer's purchasing journey, values, and mobile behavior, identifying key pain points in product discovery and checkout.

UI/UX Design

The UI/UX design phase will focus on creating an emotionally engaging and intuitive interface that balances the rustic farm aesthetic with e-commerce usability. Key designs include high-impact product pages that detail organic certification, a simplified 3-step checkout flow, and a dynamic wine booking system for on-site services.

Development

The development stage involves building the site using a robust, scalable CMS (like WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify) to implement the approved designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Core efforts will center on integrating a secure payment gateway, developing the real-time inventory sync for wines, and creating the functional event.

Web Launch

The Web Launch phase involves final performance tuning, security audits, and cross-browser QA across all devices before deployment. We will execute a seamless database migration and DNS update to the live server, ensuring the secure payment gateway is active upon launch. Post-launch focuses on SEO/analytics configuration and a dedicated support.
