Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hashkrio.Design and its clients regarding the provision of design services. By engaging with Hashkrio.Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
- Design Services: Include graphic design, web design, branding, and any other creative services provided by Hashkrio.Design.
- Client: The individual or entity that engages Hashkrio.Design for design services.
- Project: The specific scope of work agreed upon by the Studio and the Client.
Scope of Work
- Design Services: The Studio will provide the Client with the design services outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
- Project Schedule: The project timeline will be as specified in the project agreement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the Client.
Fees and Payment
- Fees: The Client shall pay the fees as outlined in the project agreement. Fees are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms: Payment is considered late if not received within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Expenses: The Client is responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the project, such as stock images or software costs.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Studio retains ownership of all design concepts, ideas, and materials until full payment is received.
- Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the Client is granted the rights to use the final design work as specified in the project agreement.
Termination
- Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice. The Client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for work already completed. However, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund based on the terms of the project agreement.
Confidentiality
- Non-Disclosure Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
Limitation of Liability
- Liability: The Studio’s liability for damages arising from this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services.
Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to Terms
